LEAD Discipleship Ministry

The spiritual growth of each member is important to us —that in season and out of season, each person is equipped to go out into the world as a  lampstand. To do this, we need to take the first step—to know God and eventually, be committed to the local church and His Kingdom.

The LEAD discipleship ministry envisions the following programs to be undergone by each person to become a FOCIM memb er and a disciple of Jesus Christ.

  • What is a LEAD Group?
A LEAD group is a gathering of individuals who seek to know more about Christ through regular fellowship and study of His Word. It is the numerical arm of the LEAD ministry and serves (1) to lead unbelievers to Christ; (2) as the next step for new FOCIM members/ Christians who have just started their faith walk; and (3) as a training ground for future LEAD group leaders.
