Sis Shirley and Sis Hilda are the full-time resident pastors of FOCIM. Both graduates of Bible school, Sis Shirley and Sis Hilda have 20 years of ministry experience behind them.
Before they became pastors, they apprenticed with the late Pastor Urbano Don Guerrero while they were still active in the marketplace.
Their pastoral gifting has prepared them to look after the flock in Quezon City and in Mandaluyong City, respectively. Sis Shirley is also a member of the Old Balara Baranggay leadership.
