The GenC Pro Ministry is committed to encouraging and developing young professionals who are rooted in Christ and eager to make an impact in their workplace. Our members consist of college graduates, professionals and entrepreneurs below age 35.

Our Vision
To produce and nurture the next crop of leaders in FOCIM, to be exemplars of excellence and professionalism in both the church and the marketplace, and to advocate nation building through Kingdom dominion.

Our Mission
To motivate young professionals to discover and enhance their skills and giftings, to upgrade their leadership qualities, and to maximize the career potential of each member through exposure, counseling, and practical training.
